We know that citizen Kane was the protagonist of the famous film by Orson Welles from 1941, widely regarded as the most outstanding work in the history of cinema. We also know a lot about its real prototype, namely the press magnate William Randolph Hearst. The duo Jolanta Janiczak and Wiktor Rubin make Patty Hearst, his granddaughter the protagonist of their latest performance. In 1974, when she was a twenty-year-old student, she was kidnapped by a mysterious SLA group associated with leftist terrorism. Then she joined its ranks, taking part in many actions aimed at undermining the social order built, among others, by her family. Janiczak and Rubin, two-time winners of the Divine Comedy, look again at the lonely struggle of an individual in an oppressive society.
